In the wake of the merge, I decided to split some things into different files to make the merge more sensible. I didn't actually change anything in the generator itself, but I did manually change some instruments in this because I wanted to.

Whoa, sweet new instruments! Nice work.

Yeah, I dig the new instruments too. This is cool. smile

Damn, this sounds wild.  The part at 1:10 and 3:00 minutes came out really cool.  Very lively.  Glad the bird is still in there too.

The change of instruments was a nice change. I'm liking it.

I like the new "twinkly" feel it has to it.

this is very lovely. excellent merge. supernice.

Ooh, strings! big_smile That's a nice new touch.

Actually, they're just as old as the rest, sort of. It's the same plug-ins as usual, just different parameters.

I should find a way to generate them automatically.

It's back to the chaos from before, but now with extra more!

Yea, it's been almost a quarter, it's time for something new.

I personally feel it overstays its welcome pretty quick, but you can have it if you want, it'd suit you better.

Yea, all things considered, it's pretty smooth. I can probably bash in a third genre in due time.

Can't go wrong with strings, it's never the strings' fault.

I like your fun instrument sounds and this fast part that moves around!

Newb question... what does that mean LOL.

Yea, I think next quarter is going to be mostly sound design.

If you read the notes of the previous songs, you'll note I've made two generators that are similar, but produce different results. I'm trying to make that into one generator.

This is my fav fav fav. The synthwave variation. Awesome flutter effects and how did you teach those birds to play marimbas?

I never thought of this as synthwave, it's an interesting take. Birds will play the marimba just fine with a low enough tempo.

This is awesome. I think I'm answering my own question by looking through the code for the 2020 generator. It seems like a direct connection to LMMS?

Yea, pretty much.
