Chatsekcoup Moth

By Devieus on September 17, 2022 10:07 pm

Spider said the scale generator needs work, I think shuffling it is just fine
What's really wrong is the drum generator showing blank, it's still playing things, just the beat thingy is not showing the notes for some reason and they're not on the roll either somehow
Also gonna need to check the harmony since it's outputting notes that overlap, which can be nice, but it's not supposed to do that

Also the name is funny
#ipaghostfailstonotpostamothgif

Also journal time, this week was fine, was missing my boyfriends and girlfriends, but we got together and it just felt so, so nice
We watched Castlevania together
wish I could spend eternity together with them
love them

Well, now I have to post a moth! Since it's a double negative it's actually #ipaghostwinsatpostingamoth

It sounds good, a bit different from the usual sounds but maybe it's my brain playing tricks on me.

The melodies are working well in this one it seems.  Lots of good crunch too.

The sounds themselves aren't too different, but the scale is shifted, meaning it's no longer Lydian mode, probably, so yea, it's definitely me playing tricks on your brain

nom
They don't pop as well imo, but yea, they work really well together

no complains. this is a formidable track. well done.

Nice wide mix. I imagine moths might communicate this way @ 1:17. By the way ebrit = latin?

I like the heroic chord progression and that last hint of a new melody at the end lurking.

I'm not sure they do so audio-wise, but if they did, this is some nice chattering during their dances.
And Ebrit is the name of an other me. I'm not sure if it means something in any language, but it is a name it came up with itself.

heart this - fun track

Love what happened to the melody and timing.  What a great riff!  This is like the band Squeeze in a gameboy cartridge smile  Best of the year.

That's a pretty big honor, but you're not wrong, this one definitely has some great highlights.
