Ap Uy Chochvath Ce

This week I decided 5/4 wasn't enough, so now it's 7/4, but only as a test to see if it comes across well enough. Next week will be 19/4. For science.

I still need to find a way to put the other genres back in. Guess that's a good way to go about for 2024. Christmas is coming up after all. Two more weeks of free play and who knows who I'll be then.

As for the journal, my immediate surroundings have been notified of our names (except Ebrit, who, despite having such a beautiful name, is still a bit iffy about using it in public) and said immediate surroundings are trying sort of well enough to make it work. Time will tell whether they actually commit this information, or just sort of translate into it, i.e. saying the right name in a moment's notice under some kind of pressure, or lapse back to a default.

It's an uphill battle, but at least it's going up.

beside this, the track is nicely working. like the melodies in here.

Love those flyby chirps. The 7/4 was definitely a nice touch.

Love the sciencey time signatures smile

Neat idea, I def get easily stuck in the usual 3/4 and 4/4.  I like how the slow pad anchors the track and keeps it calmly progressing.  For science!!

Love the fullness in the chords against the minimalist percussion.  Has an almost a Stereolab vibe.

7/4 never felt so natural, like a digital dirge filled with a sense of austere dignity and solemn grace heart

It helps I don't have to compose anything, no having to look back, just moving forward.

I don't know how it happened either, I guess the apathy of the machine really helps.

I wouldn't have said 7/4 was what was needed to unlock this, and I would have been wrong. Goes to show what preconceptions are worth. To those that challenge them go the spoils!

Honestly, I'm just doing science, I don't know what will work or not. I'll definitely keep this in mind though.
