Shanty Town

At first, I saw the weeks theme of not 4/4 time and I tried to approach it with my usual method. But it kept on falling flat and I ended up starting, stopping and deleting project after project. Then I started to really pull from some of my influences like Yann Tiersen and Tom Waits and tried to go in an old timey waltz direction. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The guitars are all played live and then mucked up with logic virtual guitars. The main piano is from Giant, which is amazing, and most of the other instruments are all Kontact, I think.
