Only

Human beings are not meant to be emotionally autonomous. We are born dependent, shaped through attachment, and regulated through others and the world.

When this survival mechanism collapses onto a single object — a substance, a behavior, a person — it turns into dependence: work, love, sex, porn, gaming, alcohol.

The damage is not only personal or economic — costing billions to society — it spreads outward: to children, parents, lovers, friends, colleagues. On average, more than thirty people are affected by one addict.
The deepest cost is quieter, darker: a diminished life, moments that never return, and the lingering guilt of what was never fully lived.

Because when obsession takes over, the world narrows. ONLY that remains. ONLY that matters.

Dark and gritty, very fitting to your the themes.
Love the disjointed notes coming in around 2:00, nice one.
Reminds me a bit of the darker Dust Brothers tracks on the Fight Club soundtrack.

Thank you for this.

Before the 2nd section , I feel like I'm in Goldeneye 64. I mean that in the best way

Thanks! The Fight Club soundtrack comparison is a huge compliment. I can definitely hear that connection now that you mention it.

Haha, I'll gladly take a GoldenEye 64 comparison. That's a nostalgia button I wasn't expecting to press!
