So, I'm learning to play guitar - my lessons are really the only actual musical training I've had besides a short ill-fated stint learning the piano a few years ago. I am very much a beginner with this guitar, only know a couple of chords, and I'm not very coordinated with this here 'real instrument' stuff.

This track is born out of what started as a click track to try to play along to, which I turned into a drum loop over time, backing my guitar (a beautiful walnut Gibson SG) run generously through Guitar Rig to help mask my terrible playing, and some synths and effects to round it out. One take on the guitar track.

Maybe not very complex, but.. I'm never going to get good at this if I don't start trying to badly play guitar alongside my electronics. Here's "Beginner"
