I love the sound of a Tuba managing the lower voice underpinnings of a piece.  I started with 4 measures of Tuba adding other melodic ideas in other instruments.  The Tempo increases every 4 measures. Then it goes into a really untamed time change(ala Brev), and after a Luft Pause, returns to the start.
As usual I couldn't figure out a subject for this other than those merry-go-rounds I played on as a child.  You had to start running while holding on the bar and the as it got faster you vaulted on with the other kids.  It was really exhilarating and a bit dangereous to spin that fast.  Then you all do it again!  Maybe it's like being a human being...
