Birds on the Move- Fall Migration

This arpeggio-dalliance with the Key of E♭ has the birds take to the air, circling, calling in many voices. Many different voices take the theme.  The treble Kalimba is very goofy.
The contrasting minor mid section is the leave-taking, the goodbye--The somber acknowledgement of the passage of time. Then the business of navigation kicks in and away they go to warmer climes until next year.
Musescore, (the program I use) has wonderful tools that are fun to experiment with.  I began with a quarter-note tonic arpeggio across 2 measures, then use the "double-duration" tool,  then the "half-the-duration" tool with various articulations.  This is very cool and EASY.  I appreciate This. So. Much.  I have done things like this with pencil and score paper and lots of erasing.
I chose the palett of World Instruments-- explaining all the exotically named voices in this piece.  I find the treble Kalimba part really fun and silly.

¡Qué divertido! Gracias por compartir.

Very fancy, and elegant, like the birds
If you're ever tired of those sounds by the way, you can change those too
