THROSC'ed

2 weeks ago fellow Weekly Beater Phil Harmonic released a work-in-progress VSIi plugin. It's still heavily in development and missing many of which will be the final features... no ADSR, no volumes on OSCs, no LFO and a click bug due to not returning oscillators to DC unity (which I hope he makes as a toggle!) - but despite it being an early beta I thought I'd give it a go and see what I could squeeze out with it.
This is 100% THROSC plug-in... EVEN THE DRUMS (!!!) (it can make a mean kick sound) Making the snare and hats was really hard though (stacked 4 instances with fast randomised pitch bends and frequency offsets with the highpass filter) But then the Choir-pad sound came really easy with 2 layered instances. It ended up being 10 VSTi instances with baked drums at which point my DAW stopped adding more instances (is this a limitation?). I tried to avoid EQ using the THROSC filters to shape the sound instead - so apart from drums this is largely non-eq'ed. HUGE thanks to Phil Harmonic for releasing this plug-in for us all to try.
