Proprioception m8

By cTrix on February 9, 2022 3:18 pm

M8.  Mainly using internal Synth engine.  Added a cheeky chopped up break in there too last minute to organic out a bit.  Created on my HD25's and in my car (aux jack).  I think the high hat got accidently bumped up in the resonance department during a live jam and accidently saved!!

Recorded in a single take live from the M8 :-)

I learnt a new word today (working with puppies!) so called it that.  Hope you all had a good wkend! heart

Really digging this tune! The chopped up break did its job well.

I'm currently reading The Extended Mind by Annie M. Paul and also just recently learned the definition of this word haha. The book is about the minds ability to use tools and devices and systems (and even the body) as extensions of the mind itself. Pretty neat.

Lovely! Funky and chill! heart

chopped chords sound great dood!  very dig the cool vibe of neurofootwork once it gets into it.

i am impressed how good this sounds. Everything sits perfectly. Awesome track.

Very urban and cool beats!
I would love to hear this song on the highway.

Are chopped up breaks ever *not* cheeky? big_smile

Gets pretty trippy once those arps come in! Would definitely love to zone out to this and similar tracks in a live situation.

the panning arps in the back are really cool.  nice idea to keep them in the back then slowly bring them forward.  loved that!  great ending/closing minute

Amazing funky track. Very "braindancy", so to speak smile

The bass is amazing, so clean yet so powerful in the mix.

Astonishing work, as usual smile
