Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Really good sounds in this one. I got to check out that Drummix thing. Did you play it with fingerdrumming on pads or something like that?

Sounds fun and serious at the same time. I love it when art manages to catch that balance. I'm curious as to what mbiras you're using, and also definitely adding Drummix to my wishlist.

Mbira's are omnisphere based (sample library). I do have access to a Mbira which has an acoustic pickup in it, but for some reason it's humming like crazy at moment. I figured "there may be one in Omni?" and it was so huge and dank that the track completely transformed!! Was originally going for something way more chilled.
