Sea of Unquantized Offbeats

Had no time because I've been working on another project... another project that left me with many many tracks of guitar, mostly playing offbeats. Due to lag, they didn't all line up. So I cut out all the bits that had the hook and pasted them into a collage.
Anybody who can guess the song I'm trying to cover wins a No Prize
