Sculpture of a Vibrating Man

By Cosmic Cairns on January 31, 2016 3:27 am

I thought a sculpture of something vibrating would be an interesting concept.  Somehow a story about a lost world of enchantments and superpowers resulted via the magic of songwriting.  It's magic, I tell you.

That GIF makes my brain hurt. Fun --maybe a little less reverb on the vocal?

I'm not sure what was going on, but I kept getting really reverb-y results on this one.  I had to take out a cello part altogether that had no reverb effect on it, but sounded super reverb-y for some reason.  I'll have to tinker with those vocals some more when I get a chance, too.

Hey CC!!!
This is a Hit!
Every detail fits perfectly.
So, so  beautiful. You play and sing wonderful.
I listen to it the 4th time and will not stop.

Thanks!  I really appreciate that.  This is definitely the track I've worked the hardest on so far this year.

Love it! Great arrangement and vibrating flourishes. Really nice vocal melody, too!

Coolness and that gif is freaking me out ah!

Thanks!  I realized halfway through that a song about a vibrating man needed some vibrating flourishes.

It is kind of freaky, but it seemed to fit the subject matter.
