Mining the Sun

I recorded a little snippet of this melody late last year so I wouldn't forget it.  I didn't get around to fleshing it out into a song until this week, but it all flowed out pretty smoothly.  It's nice when that happens.  I banged on an old popcorn tin to get the drum sound.  Otherwise nothing too crazy happening with this one.

Nice catchy and joyful song! Well done.

Excellent tune. Great melody and I like the percussion. I'm smiling. smile nice gif, too.

Wow, contemporary rock with a classic 60s feel. Well done.

I dig the feel on this one

Cool song and the popcorn tin makes me want to get out my bottle cap tambourine! smile

Nice! Very catchy. Really like the vocals. The popcorn tin snap fits perfectly.
