Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Using the recording feature with sunvox again, came up with the notes for the middle, then placed them better into the song.
Still so much to learn about music though, all my songs are beginning to sound the same...

this would be really nice if the melody that comes in on the 17th bar were softened but it really overpowers the background melody in a crude way. otherwise, neat little idea. if i were going to leave this short like this, i would have taken out the background melody out at 32 bars and let the singing lead play alone for a while. i think that there are lower harmonics that play on the quarter notes and those should have their own part to. i think this is a perfect beat to have tried to reverse the melody for some nice variation
