I had a few different ideas I could've worked with this week. I went with another two-chord vamp. But it's a cool jazzy-feeling vamp.

Mostly I was setting up and rearranging my gear yet again, and I put my Yamaha DX27 into a place where it was accessible again (feeling that FM buzz from the OG Digitone I got recently). I had previously made an electric piano voice on the DX that I liked, it's a little noisy but has character. It feels good to improvise with it. So this is mostly centered around a partially improvised FM electric piano bit as a result.

Bass is the Digitone - I like the part but truth be told, I'm finding the DN a bit limiting (particularly in terms of polyphony), so I'm debating returning it. I *may* have already gotten an expensive replacement *whistles innocently and extremely poorly*. Tell no one.

Drums are mostly Digitakt II, some Pulsar 23. Blips are Prophet 6. I like the blips.

Such a great grinding beat. That e piano line sort of floating over the top is such a great contrast. Great overall vibe on this, almost hypnotic. Feels like maybe a bit of tape warble in there, adds in to that dreamscape feel nicely. So cool.
