Thank you guys! Next year, I am planning on revisiting tracks. However I almost wonder if the brevity isn't a good thing - I was thinking about it in terms of a miniature piece that's rather condensed. Even the lyrics are short. That's because I didn't have time and it was really late - but then I also wonder if that's not a good thing. So your feedback is welcome - I wasn't sure about the length myself.

I'm not entirely convinced about the expansion that others have mentioned. To me it feels like a prelude to another piece, rather than needing expansion in its own right.

Also, regarding netlabels, your output for the year has been quite varied, so it's hard to point to one that would do good for you. But have a look here: http://cerebralrift.org/2014/07/15/10-netlabels-to-follow/, not sure if any would suit though. I honestly don't know many netlabels, but I'm keeping an eye out!

Thank you for the netlabel link. I was mainly asking in case you had a "Oh of course" response -- especially in non-German speaking countries, it might be that there is a place for Euro-songwriting. Labels, compilations, heck, festivals, whatever. I appreciate you looking into it!

I like this piece as a short one--it feels like it could be a great mood-changer between two longer pieces. Very pretty, and moving.  (Good luck with your son!  Parenting is a heck of a journey!)
