almost a song

i sampled tape noise from an old recording of me and a friend playing some music in high school, looped it and slowed it down, and mixed it with a tonal atmosphere from a modern-day digital synth. to my surprise, i kept coming back to this file, so i'm sharing it here. i find that the noisy artifacts pleasantly mingle with the clean digital sounds.
