No time this week, I need to get back to my usual routine of starting a track around tuesday but had too much stress from work, so here's a squashed thingie smile Scratched the itch for some more aggro, but not too convinced by it, we'll see next week!!

Render straight from the m8 heart

You're a magician with the m8. Your mixes are just perfect every damn time. Also, if that's your voice, it's gorgeous. Kind of reminds me of Belinda's voice in MBV. They've been my favorite band forever so that's saying something. I'm a sucker for murmurs / soft vocals

Really loved the uplifting lead after the drop section as well. Well played!

My god that drop is heavenly. Insane production and perfect mix, sounds killer!

The itch got scratched, but that just made it itch harder. Could scratch this one till it bleeds.

I am totally convinced. Damn good track. I also wholeheartedly agree with squelette - you are a master on the M8. As someone without any experience with it, more that a few videos, I can't really wrap my head around you creating all these tracks on it.

There are a lot of nice sounds in this. I do feel at times it's a bit aggressive sounding. Sharper than it needs to compared to the sounds surround it. But it's nice little track.

dam it bro so clean !!! the textures you use are so cool, dirty and clean at the same time!! well done

Thank you so much heart These comments really help me pushing forward and keep the level up, even if is hard at times. Not my voice! but I'm def planning to experiment more with recording it and processing it, is on the list of things I'd like to achieve with the m8!

Obsession helps, and I was doing lots of music some years agò, it feels pretty good to be back at it, I have a different view on things, plus my taste changed a bit, altho I'm always gravitating around similar genres, for me the m8 just clicked from day one, maybe day 2 ahaha, at first I was like what the hell is going on with this matrix code, but after watching some videos everything made sense, is the tetris aspect, the limitations and the portability that I really enjoy, the ui/ux design is just impeccable and the fact that you can do virtually everything on it just screams creativity to me! Thanks a lot for the kind words!! heart

Thank you! I agree! I hope to really find more time into crafting something with more love and care for frequencies and how smooth they are, any feedback is super appreciated! heart

Ah arps are the best, I used to overuse them ahahah, they can bring rythm, atmo and melody/harmony all the the same time, now I tend to use them less but still I try to put them here and there, is also a little harder to do on the m8 compared to just playing them on a keyboard or writing midi, but I'm learning! Thanks a lot!!
