ung kinda got in my head about this one... Nice midi pads from general CV processed by stereo dipole, a zany lead coming from a folded shapeshifter, and lead in the chorus has a Count-to-Five providing the sampled delay, giving it a neat "tabled" effect. The mix is pretty muddy, but it's time to move on...

The melody is nice, and so is the bass, so that's a good start.

One of your melody patches has a very beachy sun vibe going on, makes me want a modular. It has cool and tasty bits through the track. Nice.

good vibes you got there-like!

heh, thanks Devieus. I'll take that to mean that I should focus on the drums and mix more wink

thanks! the modular is fun to play with and gets me away from my computer, but I don't think it offers anything more than what can be done on a computer smile

Thanks very much.

I like the way the notes trill from the lead synth quite a bit. Also that effect at the end sounded really cool, like the whole thing slipped into a black hole or something.

Cool sound design! And a nice melody to boot.

The drums sound nice, too. They don't pop as much, but make sure not to make the drums overpower everything else when you tackle that.

Thanks! tbh I was running out of time and didn't have a proper ending... so I pulled a cheap trick and drenched it in reverb wink

Definitely lost the drums in this recording, crowded out of the recorded main mix... too bad, I liked some of the nuance that had been there.

Your description reminds me of some of my weeks. The goal is to make something, even if it's a first draft or a Never-Again draft that gets buried in a shelf of papers.
This turned out well. It seems different from the tracks I heard in February. I like the feel of this one. Thatlead sound has an interesting texture.

Thanks! Yeah, my setup has evolved a little since then. I've been exploring a new sequencer that has me doing more composition and a new effect module which might be responsible for the the odd texture on one of the leads.
