Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Thanks! I think Renoise would work for you, it's a tracker but with added daw features apparently. Also Schism tracker is slightly older software, but works in mac.
I love the melancholy feel throughout the track. It kind of reminds me of the dream sequences in Chrono Trigger. Nice work!
Ahhhh nice. ESQUIVEL: Renoise def the best for mac (that said, I reboot to windows and use OpenMPT). Also you could check with Milky Tracker but I've never felt at home with it.

Mm, this is really beautiful. The way the melody and harmony synths float over those well-chosen chords, it really does take you someplace else.
Really cool! Especially like the layers of plinky atmos keys over the strings backing. Creates a weird kind of melancholy!
you really have an excellent sense of melody, the overall feel of this piece is just otherworldly. hope you stick around here/ohc for a while
