improv 19 — french postcard

Improvising for Weekly Beats.
Limitations:
• Digital piano as an input device (Yamaha P35)
• Limited warm-up before a recording
• No edits after the record is done
• Four new VSTs for the year, one for each season
Spring VST: Lumikko by Native Instruments
Hands recorded separately applying the rules above.
I had a short nap before the improv session aaaand I heard the core of the melody in my dream!
An invisible male singer performed it to me in French when I activated a spotify-like app.
The album cover was a greyish postcard with a girl's photo on it, framed in an oval.
Really nice when you get a mental image this way.
