STrancedel

Hi everyone,

A few months ago I saw a clip from Switchangel making trance using a livecoding platform on one of my social media feeds. Initially I just clicked the like button and swiped on but a day later I really wanted to know how code turned into music. After watching a few more clips of people using Strudel I decided to learn this thing. Realizing that the quickest way to learn things in music for me was to weeklybeats the living crap out of it, here is my first commit of the year. Code to input into strudel.cc so you can fiddle around with all eleements of the music yourself can be on my github repo. Curious to actually play with it? Go to strudel.cc.

With no way that I found to perform a clean export from strudel please forgive me the two skips in the track. It is due to javascript not being suited for live audio creation. I also have not yet found a way to actually code chorusses/breaks/intros/verses etc so right now this is very basic. Babysteps to learning this.

Anyway, I hope 2026 bring everyone good things.
