Week 18
Goal at start 4/28
Focus on sound selection. Try to think about how the frequency range is filled and whether there is a sense of dimension or flatness.
Also try singing/humming the melody to assess how catchy it is.

End notes 4/30:
I liked the first loop I created, then everything else was a challenge of trying to make the other loops as interesting as the first one. But then just making the other loops as good isn’t enough  because they have to also flow into each other smoothly, so that was a major challenge on this one. I guess it helps to set the bar high with your first loop so you’ll be motivated to match it with the other loops.

Plan for next week:
Continue focus on sound selection plus adding more layers and countermelodies (for practice, not because every song needs complexity). Also focus on sense of space around each sound. Remember to hum the melody to assess its quality.
