Pumping works better with side chaining and ducking, here its all over compressed, so the beat looses its impact. If the volume is maxed to begin with, the beat can't hit, good track tho.

agree with CK its a shame because this is an excellent song - work out the compression to get a nice ppunch and youll be set man.

Thanks guy I'll try tweaking the mixing and everything some more and see how that works,

@cTrix thanks it's a couple of "simple delay"s layered in ableton, and just messing with the delay time and feedback and such.
