Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Just a quick short idea this week using a few samples, extracting and manipulating a few melodies from the new Ableton melody extract tool as well as using the randomiser from max for live both of which are from the live suite to get some mad pad sounds to complement the over all groove.

I like the otherworldly, slightly sinister feel and the spaciousness of the mix. The rigidity of the drum line reminds me of Crash Course in Science. Well done.
