I've used 2 new vst's in this song, which I got recently. Phosycon by D16 for the Acid part in the track and Eclipsis for the arpeggiator stuff. Eclipsis is a wonderfully designed and really easy and intuitive vst to to cool and interesting arps.
The beat is created with NI's polyplex, although it's not coded by NI itself but it's a kontakt player library.
