This week I got really inspired by Dune, and this is my take on the Sardaukar moving through the desert. Imagine them marching on SandWorms, relentless and powerful, with the sand and Spice stretching forever around them.
The track has glitchy wobbles, a strong kick and bass that hit like the desert sun, and a sitar weaving through it all, giving it this weird, haunting vibe.
It’s kind of chaotic but also disciplined, like the Sardaukar themselves—intense, strange, and totally Dune.
Listening to it, I feel like I’m right there in the desert, moving with them, under the burning sun, with the soundtrack of warriors and sand guiding every step.

i hope you like it !! i had really great time on making it!

Wish you all a great and productive week !

This is great, can really feel the imagery you've gone for here.

I'm a sucker for a minimal beat, nice restraint giving heaps of room to play around

Thank you for listening …
When I start making minimal beats was really hard for me to control my impulses To put a lot of stuff … even now days I still have to control myself 😅

Nice and tight. Lots of cool flourishes and excellent builds, and that groove keeps the head a'bobbin'. 10/10 sandworms would be attracted to this beat.

That’s how we chase them 😎

Thank you for you feedback 🤗

Absolutely spot on with the vibe.

I'm feeling the scorch of the sun on Arakis.

Some great sound design I can tell some serious effort went into this one.

Sustains the interest for a good duration, telling a story.

Nice and dark! I master all my work through ozone. I don’t use the ai because it seems to mess up my track, especially if there’s to many changes

Yes this one gave me a lot of work Tó be honest … it was an old loop  (32 bar) I had stuck here for months … and Tuesday i watched again the dune and got inspired and went to the studio To change the loop I had into something more dune style … I worked 4 h on Tuesday init 4 hours Friday and the all day on Sunday 😅😅 finally maneje to finish it

Happy with the result …

Well I used something very simple on ozone and when it changes too much i don’t use it … just to be loud and controled … mastering is another level that im not into that !! I leave that XAVIER MARQUES 😎

This is freaking awesome!!!! Kick and bass are sooo on point and the trancy orchestral hypnotic desert mystery elements are really well balanced and creating such a mood!

The master sounds good too. The ozone assistant mode really isn't "AI" as is referred to right now, more just some curated genre presets and targets with some "intelligent" algorithms that just figure out loudness and dynamic eq stuff. Its great for setting up a starting point for a master, but usually needs some tweaking and is often very loud lol. But its a really good place to start learning mastering so push through (also ozone 12 advanced well worth the upgrade IMHO). Also, using reference targets instead of the genre presets is very powerful.

Regardless, this master sounded fantastic. Really great track!

Thank you for listening 🙏

You are totally right about not being Ai ! I tink mastering has is wisdoms and difficulty as producing a track … tried for many years to train my ears, but that witchcraft is not for me 😜

Also im one of those ,says that should ALLWAYS be someone and not yourself mastering your music … but someone the really know the sound texture you are in and respect that … is very important

Didn't expect techno when I saw the cover art, but it works! The arabesque elements are there, and the futuristic feel is dialed in to fit that universe. Makes me wonder how much different of a movie it would have been with an IDM soundtrack.

No notes, five stars.

Well the movie has his own carisma as music scenario … unbeatable…I can’t really imagine different asthetic ….  But I’m a dune incondicional fan !

But when you crest a different approach with the right textures I tink it always work !!!

But now you mention …. You can have a go and try to edm dune , like I psytechno   dune 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Thank you for listening
