Is the bass sampled or synthesized?
Cool break beat vibe, how do u do the reversed drums effect on m8? Separate instrument or can u change the playback mode?

Yeah the 'slipping the record backwards' effect is just a playbacck mode on the M8! PLY 01 = PLAY MODE REV
Then, just pitch up or down for speed.
The bass is just an FM sort of reese but used a CLK for as bit more bump than just sines.

This track pops up quite often as I listen randomly and I always recognize it and it's cool to hear! Noticed the good bass these extra listens.
I like the mix on this one! The drums are great, and the reverb and panning feel immersive and dynamic.
