Space Highway

So this was for an AllGear One Hour Battle over at BattleOfTheBits.org
The only problem is that it was announced when I was a over a half hour away from my stuff.
I had already missed one OHB yesterday because I started teaching a new student and the lesson started like 20 minutes after the OHB was announced and I did not want to miss* two in one day.
I rushed home (DID NOT DRIVE UNSAFELY, THANK YOU VERY MUCH), realized I had to set up my audio interface and MIDI stuff since I just got back from a Bubblegum Octopus live band rehearsal, and still knocked this out in about 25 minutes somehow. I still missed the deadline by a few minutes and got very self conscious about entering it late though, and I waffled on the idea, made a few last second adjustments... and then OOPS! I used the JP8080 for my lead synth and had to record it still!
Deadline for late submission missed completely.
Submitting this here, without revision, because this is a busy weekend!
Anyway, the theme was traveling through space. This is the highway that undoubtedly exists in space. You are NATURALLY a magical girl and your http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/M
idiot hair is flapping in the breeze as you drive your convertible down the interplanet.
You think I care that space doesn't have breeze or oxygen? Of course I don't care, this is a FANTASY.
I have this really weird pet peeve about space music being at a moderate tempo in 6/8 with slow arpeggios, so I went with perky 4/4, just like ma used to make.
