Last Minute Disco Party

So over the last two weeks i decided that i want to get back into shape.
i mean round is a shape but really i want to be healthier so over the last two weeks i have done a lot of walking and sort of leaving weeklybeats till the end of the week. trying to find a balance for both is hard.

To give you an idea i have walked 122 Km (76 miles) in two weeks and well i'm starting to feel better about myself.

so i want to apologise to the people that have noticed my music suffering because of this.

but they say bringing it up in the open and admitting your faults is the first steps.

so i want to thank everyone for there support smile

Congrats!  I am also trying to shape up.  I exercise frequently, but my eating habits are kind of junk.

I like the chill dance party here!  sounds like a good track to warm up to before going on your walk!  122km!  Solid!  keep up the good work my dude. heart
