I started with drum tracks and tropical rithyms. Then recorded some output as line-in which produced those saw and metalic sounds, also made that feedback effect. A little bass and synth from the recorded sounds.
There was a moment it was somewhat danceable, but then I tried and adapted lyrics from a poem by Alvaro Campos-Fernando Pessoa, what gave the final craziness atmosphere to the song. I added a little vibrato effect to the voice, so it looks like shivering. 

I think the result it's not comfortable to listen, but I like it.
