The original piece was made with DroidBeat, I then took a portion of the piece and stretched it in Audacity.  I then added some DTMF tones, stretched and processed them and mixed it with the DroidBeat piece.

some of the sounds remind me of distant background urban sounds but it sounds like it was something else
