I generated the base content with some synths in FL Studio. I then took a couple of passes in Paulstretch to create the final, stretched piece.

I then took this into Reason, where I created three tracks. One with a lot of reverb and delay combinators and the other two, panned left and right, with a group of rhythmic modulation effects.  I then added several reverbs and delays to the main mixer inserts and added some automations to the levels.
