Continuing my sample exploration, I decided to dive deeper into Ambient Jungle/Drum and Bass.
I went to FreeSound to grab a field recording to drop in as an ambient sound bed. I then added drums, synths and other percussive elements as I built out the arrangement in Renoise.
I added some bit reduction to the drums to add some grit, as well as some additional spatial effects.
After mixing and mastering the track, I exported it out of Renoise.
