Leap Year

For this track, I used 4 Channels of stretched material using Paulstretch; 2 different passes of a Nanoloop sequence that was made using dice, and 2 different passes of the same Virtual ANS file, whic comprised of a picture I took and some painting on top of it.

After I made the four stretched pieces, I took them into Reason and placed them in 4 different channels.  I arranged the audio clips and then added effects.

For the 1st Virtual ANS channel, I added an Alligator Filtered Gate, a Pulveriser and a Polar Dual Pitch Shifter. For the 2nd Virtual ANS channel, I just added a Maximizer to boost the signal. On the 1st Nanoloop channel, I used a Synchronous to add rhythmic elements to the piece. And on the 2nd Nanoloop channel, I used a Saturation Knob, a Crapre and a LeSpace.

On the mixer's Send FX, I used an RV7000, Rotor rotary speaker sim and an Audiomatic.

I added automations to the mixer's level knobs to bring elements in and out.

like it a lot. Very experimental and varied!

You should experiment with feedback in Reason.
I use the free "Morfin XF crossfader" to control feedbacks.
You can do a second "Resonance" Path on filter or something.
Reason can handle feedback loops.
