Since there were two patterns in the Monthly Acid Pattern, I made the first 32 step pattern by Dooj.
I used Reason to create the track, starting off with the ABL3 extension into a Beat Crush, The Echo and finally into a Rhythmic Gate Reverb Combinator. I then created a secondary bassline with a Thor patch into a CV Modulated Delay Combinator.
I started out the drum and percussion with a Dr. OctoRex into a Decimort followed by a Softube Saturation Knob. For the bass drum I used a Thor into a Saturation Knob. I created some hats with a Subtractor and a clap with another Thor. The bass drum, hats and clap pattern were generated by Euclids.
I mixed and created automation for the different elements live. I then EQd the tracks, with an Audiomatic and RV7000 as Insert FX. For the Master FX I used a Hexpressor Suite into a Ozone.
