I decided to just stick with Reason and a handful of MIDI stems this week, and in the process, learn more about the Blocks feature and sidechaining.

I set up the tracks as followed:

+ Kick: a Tres Mono Synth into a Beat Crush.
+ Percussion 1: a ST-1 Combinator into a MagmaSonic Filter, going into an A-Series 2, finally into Spider Audio; with CV Control coming from a Pulsar.
+ Percussion 2: a ST-1 into an A-series 2, going into a Spider Audio; with CV Control coming from a Pulsar.
+ Bassline = a Nautilus, with a Scales and Chords Player processing MIDI data.
+ Melody = FM-4 Combinator into a Rotary.
+ Pads = Parsec, with a Scales and Chords Player processing MIDI data.

I then mixed and equalized all the tracks. I finished the audio chain with an Audiomatic into an EVE-MP5, then into a MClass Compressor (Sidechained to the Kick track), into a MClass Stereo Imager and finally into an Ozone as Master Effects. I then rendered out the track.
