I didn't know what to do, so here's some live FM acid with my new soft synth synched to an MFB-522.

Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

Ahhh yes. Only just got the first 10 sec of this and it's off to a place I'm diggin' ;-) This is the rounded and most chill acid I've ever heard. Drum sequencing perfect too.
Thanks for the comments, all! Starpause, yes! It's a 2-OP OPL style FM synth with a 303-like pattern sequencer engine. So far, the synth and sequencer engine obviously work, but there's no user interface to the sequencer yet. The pattern in the song was randomly generated . It will go public once I've finished the sequencer and find a viable cross-platform alternative to the ncurses library.
