Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Been working on this since Thurs. Several good ideas here. Even though I've submitted 1 hr earlier than last time I'm not as pleased with it as week 4, simply b/c the arrangement and mix-down, and mastering didn't come out as expected. Despite this I call it finished. Will revisit this for my Soundcloud page. This was a valuable lesson in time management.

Nice patient intro with surprisingly tonal second part. I think I'm in love with your bass drum though. Comes through nice and fat, without taking too much room.
That is a hell of a nice kick drum. Oh, cool--just got to the second part where it opens way up with the pads and marimba lines--very nice!
