Casino Camaraderie

Casinos are horrible places. The level of control, mistrust and supervision are just too much for me to cope with. This was written en route to and in the casino yesterday. Within that dark place was a nugget of safety in the form of a group of friends so tight that I still felt safe in a way I don't often get to experience these days. I can't thank those guys enough for the mystical energy we unlock when are assembled in one physical location, regardless of its inherent hostility.
I totally stole this from A Laser for Lovers soundtrack. Remember that scene with the crazy gunfight in the casino?
