Took last week off, was pretty burned out. I was getting really stressed with trying to do this project and exist as a human being with responsibilities.

Back at it with a long as hell ambient track.

Your control and patience on this track are excellent.  The ever so slight adjustments as the drones just flow on, really nice work.  I hope your past the worst of the stress, rest up where you can my man.

It's good that you took a break. I actually read a piece of advice recently (in relation to working out consistently) that I think also works for habits and creative endeavors like this. "Never Two in a Row", as in, it's ok to take a break or skip a day (or week) but never do it twice in a row because that might be the start of a pattern that unravels the habit you've worked hard on keeping. So far when you've taken breaks its only been for one week which is a pretty nice example in action. Proud of you for keeping it up, I actually still need to let myself miss a week because I think this perfectionism of maintaining a perfect streak does more harm that good in some circumstances (it was fine for me the previous years but this year it's been particularly trying on my patience and state of mind).

Anyways, I'm only half way through the song now so I'll take this time to reflect and enjoy the vibes. I actually need to download all of your stuff by the end of year and organize it into an album so I can put it on during my migraine days and hopefully chill out.
