Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I was going to try and write a mainly synth based pop song, then i thought maybe i'd start with some heavy sounding guitar, then add the synth to that. Then all of a sudden everything was guitars.

Niiiice. It's great when the piece tells one what to do. Great, great crunch on this. Have you heard Kowloon Walled City, by chance? Slower (mostly), but outstanding heaviness.
