Azathoth

I decided to get weird with it and mix Gregoian chants with doom and it came out very doom opera and I'm here for it. Really happy with the way this came out and it's already got my head spinning about the concept of a Lovecraft Doom Opera. The lyrics are in Latin probably translated incorrectly using google translate.

(Come great destroyer)
Veniet vastator magnus
(Purge the weakness)
Expurgate infirmitatem
(The Prison of flesh must die)
Carcere carnis debet mori
(in order to ascend)
Ut ascenderet

Azathoth
(First and the last)
Primum et ultimum
Azathoth
(demon king eternal)
Daemon rex aeternus

(dream haunted skies swell)
Somnia uada tumescant
(streams of violet midnight)
Riui violacei noctis
(Noiseless infinity eddied)
Infinitas tacito ed
(the dreams that men had lost)
Somnia quae perdiderat

Dude, I really love this one!  Very doom!  Very sludge!  Slow and plodding.  I was trying to understand the words, and when I couldn't I just assumed it was because they are so slow, but nope!  Actually they're in Latin!  Love this one man.

Thanks! This is for sure one of my favorites and I feel like it's got some legs to it.
The use of Latin helps disguise my terrible lyric writing abilities. I think the next step is creating a new language of otherworldly utterances to mimic R'lyehian speech.
Just get weird with it.

Lol...  "I want to sing in the language that humans can't pronounce!"  Yes.  I'm always in favor of getting weird with it.
