This song was inspired by SHIKI's Pure Ruby and celas' remix of syatten's Bird Sprite.

I recently came to the realization that my favorite songs... are, for the most part, Trancecore. And that the artists that inspire me the most make Trancecore (shoutouts to SHIKI, celas and LV.4) And yet, I rarely make Trancecore, let alone Trance. So I decided to give it a try, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
Watch out for those drumrolls.

By the way, this song was titled after the song I initially wanted to take inspiration from, but it morphed and became its own thing, which is why I'm not crediting it. However, if you've read the paragraph above, then you've been given a clue already.

Thank you for two things:
1) This extremely jammy jam
2) Giving me a name for the genre of every Touhou ost

I feel like Trancecore is definitely pretty far from ZUN's music in Touhou OSTs, because while it does have some -core elements (most notably the high BPM), Trance elements are nowhere to be found.
ZUN's style is pretty distinguishable by itself, and if I were to cast a genre on it the best thing I can think of would be "Oriental Core". But genres are a meme in [[[the current year]]] and I'm heavily surfing on that wave.
