Today has felt really weird. Nothing has gone as it should, but nothing has really gone wrong either. My head doesn't feel screwed on straight. My ears crave the reassuring dependability of 4/4 time.
So here is this week's track. I consciously tried to focus on rhythm rather than chords in this one, it doesn't come easy to me.

So good, was feeling that beat from start to finish. You nailed the rhythmic aspect with both the percussion and the bouncy staccato melody. Very cool sound, nice work.
Yeah the rhythm definitely is very nice on this. And the way the different layers start coming on is very cool.
You'll get there eventually, maybe if you gave the drummer a break every now and then. Until then, it's pretty solid.
