Ambient guitar fog, giving way to a sequenced rhythm structures, which in time will succumb to generic acid rock guitar improvisation with delay effects. I steered for hypnotic mood and rather abrasive guitar lines for a change with this one...this went on much longer, but I cut the last third out to make it fit the 16 Mb barrier.

Sequencer stuff is Oberheim 2 voice, as are the synth leads. Otherwise it is just electric guitar with various degrees of heavy effects. Cosmic stuff...I guess smile

The effected guitars sound other-worldly, inter galactic! Love it when the sequences come in. Sounds really big, reminiscent of Tangerine Dream. Great sounds your getting out of the Oberheim. Much enjoyed the journey!

A journey through space indeed and an excellent.  Really like those high-pitched synth tones.  They sound alien and mysterious.

That is some ambiance, I was hooked and trapped from the beginning. These Oberheim sounds are gorgeous...

Intriguing the way the rather raw melody line fits into the Tangerine Dream sequence. Slightly reminds me of "Bombers in the Desert." A classic!

Thanks a lot! This time I tried not to over-do it with overdubs, perhaps it really is that less sounds makes for stronger athmospheres.

Thanks!!! OB has some of the best analog sounds there is...quite comaparable to the legendary Moog sound, just a bit sharper, but meaty anyway. Oberheim 2 voice is actually Martin Gore´s favourite synth, btw smile

Thanks!!! Great that you liked it... Tangerine Dream (about 1972-1977) is perhaps my favourite synth group...which is hardly a surprise if for anyone by this time smile  Do you mean "Bombers" the Raedshift track from the 90´s?  Great retro group... Node was even better!

This is heavenly, definitely has that far out Tangerine Dream feel.

Yes, Redshift.

Mystery floating amongst the stars, quasars and nebulas. Superbly done, again an impeccable selection of synths heart If you find a spot to upload the full track let me know, I'd love to hear the rest!
