I missed the week 1 as I thought I will skip this one. I did the whole years 2018 and 2020, every week! I tried to do the 2022, but gave up after 7 weeks as I just had not the time. But I sort of missed the creative routine of WB and decided to join in now, after all...

Nice to see if there´s any old friends from the previous years... I´ll try to hang on this year. I am thinking of using this time maybe more as a musical sketchpad, with a more open and less stressful way.

This one is a rather heavy, techno styled affair with a little bit of arabic scales as a flavour. The only synth I bought last year was an old Elka Rhapsody 610 string machine, so it is the one doing those stringy stabs. Microkorg 700S is the main analog monosynth here... the rhythm is done with several Korg drum boxes and Moog Slim Phatty bass lines. Some industrial sounds and string leads from a Korg Triton.

Hey, welcome back!  It's good to hear your synth journeys again.  Always such great sounds and textures.  You must have an amazing collection of synths!  Can't wait to hear you put them to use.

So good!  I really like the layered strings after 3 minutes.

got a haunting vibe with an enticing bounce... the most dangerous combination ever!

loved that introduction. favorited!

Really nice work!

This is very nice, somehow feels like a fusion between futuristic and ancient.
