Nice progression! I also like the way the lead guitar carries over some of the changes in the backing track. You might want to check guitar intonation--a few notes in the lead guitar seemed a little out of tune.

Regarding the comment above, I had a similar issue (and probably still do), it wasn't from intonation but I was just pressing down to hard on the frets causes the pitch to bend up a little
