Orange Skies (week8)

This week i tried to branch out of the typical way i write on the m8 and try to make it sound a bit more hand played and organic feeling by using lots of irregular tiny delays between notes and a multisampled piano.
Modern Minecraft ost was a big inspiration for the vibe of this one.
In the end i added a chiptune ish sounding triangle solo because thats just what i do so experiment failed? At least im back in my usual territory in the last part so it at least somewhat feels like home.
I think what carries this thing the most is the choir / strings like sound which is just a wavesynth with a super fast table arp and tons of reverb and varying the table pitches for chords.
Not really a fan of the mix in the end because i couldnt properly control the piano in the way i wanted it to be and i noticed afterwards that something keeps exciting the reverb but i also dont want to work on the stems since i like the raw part of just throwing out what the m8 exports.
Since there is already a slight eq on the master and im running out of time i think thats as far as i will go for this one.
